stock certificate and been lhaving problems getting a dupli cate certificate from Morgan Guaranty Trust Co in New York City written to them asking for a duplicate certificate but never responded In order to turn the stock in to Bankers JTrust I need that certificate 3 been writing letters and trying to resolve this matter since tlasl summer when American Stan 'ciard was being' merged with did not address his concern to Bankers Trust which is acting as our exchange says Israel Stein corporate counsel and assistant secretary for Ameri can corporate head quarters in New York City would then have been sent the necessary forms for a lost cer tificate and when that was com pleted and a small fee paid for a surety bond he would have gotten his payment for his shares soon thereafter am now requesting Bankers Trust to send him the appropriate forms and in due course this mat ter should be fully resolved All this of course assumes that his shares are shown as outstanding in our News
