Megan Dougherty, 36, of Higbee, pleaded guilty to one count of bank fraud on Thursday. As part of her plea, she also agreed to forfeit her interest in nine parcels of real estate in Howard County, as well as $2,393,288. Arraingment Scheduled for Moberly Man Connected to Randolph County BurglariesRANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo - Arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon in Randolph County for a Moberly man connected to a string of burglaries throughout the county. According to a probable cause statement the Randolph County Sheriff's Office was able to identify two suspects for a series of burglaries in June. One of those suspects, 34-year-old Joshua Luntsford of Moberly was identified by a resident who told authorities he had sold some items to him. Arraignment Scheduled for Randolph County Man for June AltercationRANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo - A Jacksonville man is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning in Randolph County following an altercation last month. According to a probable cause statement, 40-year-old Jared Hutchinson got into an argument with another man on June 2nd. The responding Randolph County Deputy was able to seperate both men. Hutchinson claimed he was provoked. The other man showed the deputy a phone video of the incident which showed Hutchinson reach for a shotgun, point it at him and threaten to shoot him. He also claimed Hutchinson fired the gun twice into the air.
