Las Vegas continues to roll out new dining options for brunch. The meal that combines breakfast and lunch on the weekend finds new places to shine and expands with revamped menus and hours at other restaurants. Here is a look at new brunches all over the city that can make any weekend feel like a reason to celebrate.

The downtown breakfast and brunch spot takes up residence in a historic ‘70s-era building with an expansive menu and broad selection of flights. Settle in with crunchy French toast made with thick slices of bread rolled in crunch Frosted Flakes, a Golden State Benedict topped with avocado and bacon, and a fiesta burrito made with scrambled eggs and shredded beef. The full bar offers a flight of four different mini frozen beverages, plus flights of bloody Marys and mimosas. The downtown location is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
